Boris von der Assen is specialised in corporate law, media, and IP law. In 2010 he graduated from the University of Amsterdam in Information Law and embarked on his career at Van Kaam advocaten, a law firm assisting clients primarily in the Media and Entertainment sector.

At De Roos he advises clients on investment rounds, employee participation schemes, and issues with commercial contracts. The combination of Corporate law and IP law is of great importance for our creative and innovative clients, making Boris an invaluable specialist in the field. 

In early 2013, he joined the Netherlands Bar Association and since August 2014 Boris has been part of De Roos Corporate Law Team.
