Kristel Plug is our Chief-of-Staff, in which role she assists our managing partner and CEO with both legal and non-legal matters. She joined the firm in 2015 and was admitted to the bar from 2019-2024. 

Within that time Kristel was part of the IP and Data & Digital Services Team at De Roos, where she assisted clients with protection of their core technology, via, inter alia, copyright and trademark protection, safeguarding of knowhow and infringement procedures. Subsequently she joined the Corporate Team, whereby she primarily focussed on investment rounds, acquisitions, corporate structuring, commercial contracting, and employee participation plans. Having gained invaluable experience in both Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law, her advice is of particular value for technology driven companies with a target to raise funding.
