Loek Foster is a member of the Corporate Law team at De Roos, where he advises clients on M&A transactions, venture capital investments, employee participation plans, and general corporate governance matters.

Loek graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2018 with a master’s degree in International Trade and Investment Law. Before beginning his career as an attorney-at-law, he worked as a data protection advisor for the municipality of Amsterdam. In this role, he managed complex data processing operations and gained a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and governance frameworks.
