Max Bierkens is specialised in corporate law. He began his legal career at Loyens & Loeff, where he focused primarily on corporate M&A and corporate litigation.

In 2022, Max joined the Corporate Law team of De Roos, where he advises clients on M&A deals, investment rounds, commercial contracts and governance-related questions.
