Michelle Immerzeel specialises in employment law. She began her career as an employment law attorney at Stibbe in Amsterdam, where she gained particular experience in matters relating to platform work, restructuring, and collective labour agreements. 

Since 2023, Michelle has been working at De Roos. She represents and advises clients on a broad variety of employment law issues, including employment agreements and conditions, collective labour agreements, (pseudo) self-employment, dismissal and other forms of termination, restructuring, works councils, flexible working arrangements, and equal treatment.

• Postacademische Leergang Arbeidsrecht (PALA) - cum laude, specialised post-academic education in employment law (2025)
• Universiteit Utrecht – cum laude, Master of Laws in Corporate Law (2020)

Practice areas:
Michelle has registered employment law as her legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister), which requires one to obtain ten training credits annually in the registered legal practice area, in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
