Romée Groenewold

Romée Groenewold obtained her Law degree from the University of Utrecht in 2020. In her master's programme she focused on Intellectual property rights and researched the approach of disinformation on a European level for her thesis.
During her studies Romée did internships at various law firms as well as at the Commissioner’s office for media. She also volunteered for Vluchtelingenwerk Midden-Nederland, an organisation which provides aid to refugees.
Having graduated, Romée started to also teach law at the University of Utrecht, being primarily involved with the Centre for Intellectual Property rights.
As of 2023, Romée is working in the Intellectual Property and Advertising team at De Roos and regularly teaches at Utrecht University as a guest lecturer.
