Roy van den Heuvel is part of the Dispute Resolution team within De Roos. Roy advises on and litigates in disputes on the ground of corporate, commercial and financial (regulatory) law. Examples are corporate governance disputes, liability of (supervisory) directors and officers, and liability of online platforms and other professional service providers.

Roy began his career in 2022 at De Roos’ Financial Innovation team. Here, he specialized in financial supervisory legislation and advised financial undertakings on market access, licensing and compliance. 

Roy obtained a master’s in Business Law (LL.M) and Strategic Management (MSc) at the Radboud University Nijmegen.
