Sophie Oosterkamp is an attorney-at-law in the Corporate Law team. She started her legal career at De Roos in 2019. She specialises in contract and corporate law, with a focus on investment rounds, mergers & acquisitions, and employee participation schemes. Her experience as a legal counsel has given her a broad understanding of legal matters at play within companies. She offers valuable support to directors, shareholders, depositary receipt holders, investors, and other stakeholders.Sophie completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at Utrecht University, followed by her Master of Laws in Information Law at the University of Amsterdam.
