Vincent Loos is part of the corporate law team of De Roos. Vincent provides guidance to entrepreneurs, businesses, and investors on contracts, mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds, and governance issues.

Before joining De Roos, he obtained his master’s degree in International Technology Law from VU University Amsterdam in 2022. For his master’s thesis, Vincent researched the legal qualification of DAOs under Dutch company law.
