Dominique Glazener is a member of the Dispute Resolution team within De Roos. She advises on and litigates in national and international corporate and commercial disputes. Examples include (supervisory) directors’ liability, shareholder disputes, disputes relating to M&A and other commercial agreements, and corporate governance disputes.

Before joining De Roos in 2026, Dominique worked as an attorney-at-law at CMS for over 4.5 years, where she was part of the corporate litigation team.

Dominique obtained her master’s degree in Corporate Law (LL.M.) from Leiden University in 2020. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor of Laws, also at Leiden University, which included a semester abroad at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Practice areas:
Dominique has registered ‘corporate law’ as her legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister). This registration requires her to obtain ten training credits annually in the registered legal practice area, in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
