Beatrice Munnichs is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at De Roos. She has been with the firm since 2021 and brings a business administration background combined with experience in both commercial and social-impact–driven roles.

Before joining De Roos, Beatrice worked for four years as a Category Manager at the social enterprise Return to Sender, where she was responsible for the sourcing and development of handmade products created by women in developing countries.

Beatrice holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In 2025, she completed the postgraduate Certified Management Accountant program.
