Pieter-Paul Elion focuses on advising innovative growth companies across various corporate matters, including venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and employee participation. With experience gained at our Financial Regulatory department, Pieter-Paul works closely with clients on both corporate and regulatory challenges. His expertise includes navigating regulatory aspects of M&A and investment fund transactions, as well as guiding clients on licensing and compliance needs. This combined background allows him to support clients with practical, forward-thinking advice.
Pieter-Paul studied at Leiden University, the Netherlands as well as Monash University, Australia.
