Sietske de Boer is an attorney-at-law in the IP & Advertising team of De Roos.
Sietske has wide experience in all aspects of classic intellectual property law, covering copyright law, trademark law, trade name law, database law, and design law. Her expertise encompasses protection, enforcement, and (re)structuring of such IP rights. Additionally, Sietske has solid expertise in advertising law, with a focus on combating greenwashing, illustrated by her involvement in a notable case against Primark. Her practice also extends to general commercial agreements.
Sietske earned a Master's degree in Law, specializing in Internet, Intellectual Property, and ICT from VU Amsterdam.
