Joost Jansen joined the corporate law team at De Roos in 2022. He specialises in advising clients on matters such as contracts, M&A transactions, investment rounds, and governance-related issues.

In addition to his role at De Roos, Joost is a co-founder of LegalCrowd, a pioneering legal crowdfunding platform. He has also served as an educator, imparting his knowledge as an instructor in Justice Entrepreneurship at the esteemed University of Amsterdam.

Joost's academic journey includes the successful attainment of his master's degree in Private Law (LL.M.) from the University of Amsterdam in 2021. Prior to this, he had completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Utrecht, during which period he also spent a semester abroad, enriching his academic experience by studying at the University of Parma, Italy.
